Many feel that nothing says rundown more than unchecked graffiti. Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero is asking the Lansing City Council to pass a strong anti-graffiti ordinance. It is expected to be considered by the council at its meeting this coming Monday, according to the Lansing State Journal.
