T-Mobile has given up its insistence on building a cell tower in Lansing’s (MI) Averill Woods neighborhood on the southwest side.
It was announced officially at the City Council meeting Monday night that the cellphone company was dropping its lawsuit to force the cell tower to be built in a residential neighborhood.
