If you live in the Averill Woods Neighborhood or you are a friend of the area, you are invited to the group’s block party next Thursday, Sep. 4 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Averill Park, right next to Averill School.
Bring the family for free food, an inflatable obstacle course and moon bounce, learn about the neighborhood watch program, see special units from the Lansing Police and Fire Departments, play Lansing’s only “X-Wave” and be sure to bring your lawn chairs.
In the next day or two, you should get a brochure about this in your door that looks like this:
